Shipping policy

Shipping Availability: We ship to the USA, UK, Canada and Australia (excluding Hawaii and Alaska).

Please note we only ship Monday-Friday. (If you placed an order over the weekend, it will ship the following Monday). 

Processing Time: Orders are processed and shipped within 1 - 3 business days. 

Delivery Time: Delivery time depends on the shipping method selected and the destination.

USA Shipping: 3 - 5 Business Days

UK, CA, AU Shipping: 7 - 10 Business Days

Shipping cost: $6.99 for orders below $40.

Tracking Information: Tracking information will be emailed once the order has been shipped.

Out of Stock Items: In the event of an item being out of stock, we will notify the customer and provide a new estimated delivery date or offer alternative options.

Damaged or Lost Items: If a shipment is damaged or lost during transit, please contact us within 5 days of delivery to initiate a claim.

We cannot guarantee delivery times but we will do our best to meet the given timelines.
