We started SPNutrition because we were tired. Literally.

Not the kind of tired where you yawn at your desk and grab another coffee. The kind where you're staring at the ceiling at 3 AM, doing mental math on how many hours of sleep you'll get if you fall asleep right now. Then doing it again twenty minutes later.

We tried everything. The melatonin that knocked us out but left us feeling like zombies the next morning. The fancy teas. The apps with rain sounds. The magnesium capsules a coworker swore by that did absolutely nothing.

That last one bothered us the most. Because the science behind magnesium is solid — so why wasn't it working?
